Privacy Policy
Ninja Cactus (“we”, “us”) runs this website. This policy explains what information the site collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
Information you send us
If you use the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, company name (if you provide one), and your message. We use this only to reply to you and to discuss the services you asked about.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider may record standard server logs when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the time of the request. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running, and are not used to identify or profile you.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or social media embeds. The only thing stored in your browser is your light or dark theme preference, saved in local storage so the site remembers it on your next visit. It contains no personal information and is never sent to us. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
How your information is processed
Contact form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, a form-processing service. Formspree receives the form contents in order to forward them to us and handles that data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship and any period required by law. If you contact us and we do not work together, we delete your message within a reasonable time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Send the request through the contact form and we will act on it promptly. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we receive.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
Questions
If you have any questions about this policy, reach us through the contact form.
